Under the direction of noted woodcraft artificer Robert DuLong, the original Woodendipity brought smiles to the faces of thousands of loyal customers for over a quarter of a century, and has been recognized as the foremost creators of fun-functional folk art in North America…if not the world!
Woodendipity's secret is the combination of function, whimsy and the warmth of wood. Each life size, life like design makes a graphic statement about your love for pets, wildlife, barnyard critters and whimsical "people" figures---and each is a statement about our love for bringing smiles to life in your home and garden.
Jim Robertson is carrying on the tradition of creating the Woodendipity hand crafted tradition of sculpting rough sewn cedar into bird feeders, planters, mailboxes and life size folk art folks!

JIM'S STORY BEHIND THE REVIVAL OF WOODENDIPITY
It all started in Bozeman Montana when a wonderful lady first saw Brother Francis at a Wild Birds Unlimited store and told her daughter she would love to have one. I was asked if I could make one for a Christmas present.... having a shop full of my grandfather's woodworking tools I set out on my mission...little did I know what I was getting into. As I started my research I became fascinated by Woodendipity, so I decided to track down the retired Robert DuLong and asked for his help in the REVIVAL of Woodendipity! Soooo, under his watchful eye we are hoping to bring some more of those smiles that Woodendipity has brought to world for the past quarter century..... Join US in our Journey !
